Role overviewSupported cabin-system development from concept definition through validation: redesigned a pilot tray-table assembly in CAD, verified structural performance with linear and nonlinear FEA against CCAR-25 static-load criteria and a 1.5 safety factor, and built a CATIA electromechanical prototype for a smart overhead-bin lock. Reduced assembly mass from 2.5 kg to 1.5 kg while documenting assumptions, test evidence, and design decisions for engineering review.
